Appointment & Tardiness Policy

To ensure all clients receive the full experience and to keep appointments running smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten, modify or reschedule their service. Service adjustments for late arrivals are at the discretion of the nail artist based on time availability and upcoming appointments.

  • Arriving excessively late may require rescheduling and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We cannot guarantee services for late arrivals, please keep in mind we are on a schedule to accommodate all clients possible.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running behind.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee that will be applied to your account.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 50–100% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments or we can accept as a walk-in only.

Nail Repair Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • We offer complimentary repairs within 7 days of your original service for issues such as chips or lifting only due to application concerns.

    Please note that we are not responsible for breakage resulting from normal daily wear, improper use of nails as tools, or accidental damage caused after the service. (Accidentally slamming your finger, Lifting heavy items, Nail getting caught in items etc.)

  • Repairs requested after 7 days or due to accidental damage, improper care, or outside work performed elsewhere may incur a repair fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make reasonable adjustments.

  • We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction whenever possible.

Children & Guest Policy

For safety and relaxation purposes:

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Unscheduled guests may not be accommodated during appointments.

  • To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that excessive noise be kept to a minimum.

Health & Safety Policy

The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick or experiencing contagious symptoms.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or inappropriate behavior concerns.

  • Clients with certain nail conditions or infections may be asked to seek medical advice prior to service.

Personal Belongings

ESME NAIL SPA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Service Adjustments & Extra Charges

  • Prices may vary based on nail length, shape, design complexity, product usage, or additional services requested.

  • Any modifications or upgrades requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior toward our staff or other guests.
